Please include the following details: confirm you have registered here online, carefully spell your full name, and provide a phone number where we can call you back to confirm receipt of your information. Be sure and provide your credit card number and expiration date, and confirm the amount to be charged to your card. If there are any differences in your credit card billing address or phone number and what you have provided above, please indicate so on the voice-mail.

If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please make it out to Enlightening Souls and in the memo write "Seasonal Wellness" , and mail it to 110 Pugh Road, Wayne, PA 19087.
